Follow these steps to better kitchen management.
1.
Make sure waste ends up INSIDE the waste bin.
2.
If any waste happens to fall out if the waste bin, remember to pick it up. DON'T LEAVE IT ON THE FLOOR TO BE STEPPED ON.
3.
After usage, wash all utensils thoroughly with running water and soap to clean them of residue.
Cutting surfaces should be scrubbed and not just rinsed and be preferably washed with hot water and soap.
4.
After cleaning up the utensils, don't forget to wipe clean the work area and put everything back to its original place for future use.
